What we store

• Account: commander name, email address, a salted password hash (argon2id), your faction and settings.
• Gameplay: verified and rejected match uploads (map, faction, seed, the command log of the match, result and stats), XP and leaderboard positions.
• Sessions: a random session token (stored hashed), the browser user agent and IP address of each login.
• Guest profiles: a random device token (stored hashed) and the same gameplay data.

Why

To run your account, verify matches, show leaderboards and public profiles, and keep the service secure. Emails are only sent for account actions (verification, password reset, email change).

Who processes it

The service runs on servers in the EU. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Your rights

You can change your email and password, and delete your account from account settings. Deleting removes your personal data; past matches remain in anonymised form so global records stay consistent.
